Overview

10x57 foot widebeam built in March 2008 by Duel Dual of Rochdale.
Steelwork 10mm base, 6mm sides, 4mm roof
One off design hull with raised bow and fully enclosed rear wheelhouse.
Designed with 41x10 foot internal living space giving adequate space as a live-aboard
Designed to have full standard wheelchair / mobility scooter access throughout if required.
Layout designed for 2 persons, but safety tested and certificate for 4 live aboard persons.
Fully collapsible wheelhouse (air draft 1.75 m when wheelhouse is down).
Flat rear deck, no step over allowing easy wheelchair access.
4 foot wide hatch on rollers allowing easy access, and easy open / closing.
Designed to have a separate area with own toilet for visitors. (2 toilets fitted 1 bench chemical toilet for visitors and 1 ceramic vetus macerator toilet connected to black water tank for general use in bathroom.
Black water tank with approximately capacity for 1.5 month use for 2 persons.
Bathroom has 1850mm x 850mm deep bath fitted and space for fitting a bidet if required with pipework already fitted

Engine
Barus shire 65hp with 1x 65amp alternator and 1x160amp alternator.
Approximately 4700 hours on this engine.
Batteries
6 x2 volt traction batteries for leisure use.
1 starter battery, new fitted 2013.
1 large commercial vehicle size battery for bow thruster .
Electrics
All wiring exceeded required gauge and all wiring bank is fussed separate.
All wiring runs are located in centre panel of ceiling for easy access.
Mastervolt combi 2000 inverter.
Battery monitoring system.
Two 240 volt ring mains are installed running down each side independently.
240 volt socket locations can be positioned to locations of your choice.
Security
12 volt system with 8 camera recorder currently fitted with 2 cameras.
Front and back doors fitted with 5 lever deadlocks.
Lighting
Each area of lighting can be controlled from ether end of area so no need to walk right through areas to turn light on / off.
Each light wired so that if one bulb fails all other lights remain on.
Heating
Morso squirl solid fuel stove.
Wabasto theromtop.
3 radiators (2 double)
1 heated towel rail (hot water fed)
Full house size hot water tank.
Water pumps
2 water pumps connected to 2 water tanks with crossover valve
Interior
Fully lined out with exception of all trim and doors, (temp doors currently fitted).
Bedroom Dark oak walls with light ash ceiling. All oiled for better maintenance
Living area ash walls oiled for better maintenance with white barge style ceiling(fireproof)
All sheets are professionally fitted with screws and spacing to prevent warping.
No glue has been used to fit any internals of this boat.
Partitions are 2” stud to provide strong ridged wall.
Temporary kitchen currently fitted out with sink and stainless steel hob.
Ballast
Concrete bricks across all areas with 2 8x4 foot flooring sheets that can be remove for ballast adjustment. One in bedroom one in living area.
Work required to fully finish internally
Internal trim, internal doors, hatch internal lining, fitted cupboards, kitchen units and carpets, tiling around / over bath.
Basically this boat is at a stage of fit-out that allows you to put you own stamp on it. But is ready to be lived on and ready to cruse.
